Tarsus braid in red/indigo
Details:
Handwoven silk base approximately 12cm wide,
embroidery in centre approximately 5cm wide.
This beautiful braid was inspired by an antique Turkish embroidery that Susan Deliss found in Istanbul.
Working closely with an artisanal weaver and embroiderer, Susan has had it embroidered on specially handwoven wild silk.
This beautiful design will look equally lovely used to applique onto or stitch into upholstery, blinds, ottomans/footstools and cushions. Please enquire if you need further information about how to use it.
